Our partnership with AfterSalesPro has been instrumental in optimizing our eShop operations. Despite an 8% increase in shipment volume, we limited the rise in transportation costs to just 1%. Thanks to the platform’s flexible carrier switching, we saved over 20 man-hours in operations and development. Voucher issuance time was cut in half, while delivery reliability remained stable, even during technical issues with courier providers. Customer experience also improved significantly, with our average rating increasing from 9.13 to 9.31 out of 10, driven by better routing. For our new e-shop we set up AfterSalesPro to handle Logistics sending everything through ACS. This is to replace our old system where we used ACS directly. There is no comparison in the ease, efficiency and error-trapping between the 2 options.
Previously we printed out each order from the system, created the sale and then manually created each and every shipping label (from the printed orders).
With the AfterSalesPro system we are still shipping through ACS but AfterSales picks up the customer details directly (including the amounts for cash on delivery as appropriate) and creates the label automatically once we initiate it. The only manual step we have is to check the customer address and phone details to trap errors prior to creating the labels.
To date the integration with our e-shop software has worked perfectly and the process has been reduced by approximately 70% timewise. Now we couldn't live without it.

Μετά από μια απλή διαδικασία διασύνδεσης, έχουμε συνδέσει το eshop μας και το ERP μας, μέσω API για την αυτόματη εκτύπωση των voucher από τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες courier και την αυτόματη ενημέρωση πελατών για τις αποστολές τους μέσω SMS. Πολύ χρήσιμες υπηρεσίες επίσης είναι οι αναφορές για τις αποστολές και πληρωμές των αντικαταβολών, καθώς και η συλλογή αξιολογήσεων (feedback) από τους πελάτες για την παραλαβή των παραγγελιών τους. Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη συνεργασία μας με την AfterSalesPro και ιδιαίτερα από την αποτελεσματική υποστήριξή τους σε όποια θέματα μπορεί να έχουμε με τους couriers.
Η ομάδα του AfterSalesPro δεν προσφέρει απλώς το πιο αποτελεσματικό λογισμικό διαχείρισης αποστολών για e-shops στην ελληνική αγορά, αλλά δείχνει και πραγματική διάθεση να ακούει τους πελάτες της. Η διαχείριση των αποστολών μας μέσω της Easy Shipping είναι πολύ εύκολη και δεν απαιτείται ιδιαίτερη εκμάθηση, μιας η πλατφόρμα είναι πολύ εύχρηστη. Η συνεργασία μας με την EasyShipping μας έχει εξοικονομήσει αρκετό χρόνο από τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας μας.
Στην eCommerce Logistics χρησιμοποιούμε την AfterSalesPro, τους τελευταίους 18 μήνες. Με πάνω από 300 αποστολές τη μέρα και τουλάχιστον 7 διαφορετικές couriers για Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό, πραγματικά μας έχει λύσει τα χέρια.
