Co-Founder & CEO
Nikolaos Chatzidakis has a strong background in digital commerce, software architecture, and the development of SaaS solutions. Through his involvement in prominent Greek startups, he has focused on building innovative technology products that address real business needs, combining web development, data engineering, and the automation of critical processes.
As Co-Founder & CEO of AfterSalesPro®, he leads the company’s product and technology strategy, playing a key role in strengthening its presence in last-mile operations and e-commerce. His work has been recognized with two distinctions in the Fortune Greece 40 Under 40 list (2023 & 2024) and the Stelios Award for Young Entrepreneurs (2024). He also serves as the General Secretary of the Board of Directors of SEKEE and as a member of the Advisory Committee of GRECA.

Christos Ampatzis has a long and substantial track record in e-commerce, online marketing, and the development of digital businesses. With experience dating back to 2001, spanning the full spectrum of the digital landscape, from web applications to strategic growth, new business initiatives, and leadership roles in marketing, he has built a multifaceted professional profile.
As a Founding Partner and Strategic Investor at AfterSalesPro, he strengthens the company’s vision and strategic direction, bringing deep expertise in growth strategy, scaling, and the international expansion of digital products. His involvement underscores the momentum of AfterSalesPro and the commitment to establishing after-sales operations as a growth driver for businesses in Greece and abroad.

Nikos Varvadoukas is a seasoned executive and board member in Omnichannel Commerce, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain, having worked with leading companies such as Novibet, Public Group, Germanos, Cosmos Sport, DIAGEO, Philip Morris/IQOS, Apivita, and My Market.
He has also provided expertise to organizations across Europe. As a founding member and long-standing board member of GRECA, he has significantly contributed to the advancement of the e-commerce and omnichannel landscape in Greece and Cyprus.
Additionally, he is an angel investor and non-executive board member in emerging scale-ups across sectors such as SaaS, analytics, prop tech, and marketplaces.

George Markatatos is an experienced entrepreneur and technology executive with a strong background in digital commerce, enterprise mobility and SaaS solutions. He founded Regate S.A., leading it to become a notable player in mobile workforce and digital transformation services before its acquisition. He later served as General Manager at SoftOne Technologies, overseeing Digital Commerce & Customer Experience and contributing to the development of advanced omnichannel platforms.
He has also been active in the Greek tech ecosystem through SEKEE, supporting innovation and industry growth. With academic studies in Computer Science, Management Science & Operational Research, and Innovation & Change Leadership, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight, maintaining a consistent focus on digital transformation and business evolution.
